Carolina Barn Builders started with a flat roof home with detached garage and added a 32' x 40' Gambrell barn over the top of the old garage. The old garage was converted into an office with an attached large warehouse area that had 10'+ ceilings. Above the garage is an 800 sf Bonus room with 8' ceilings and amazing storage space. Someday - maybe an apartment.

Carolina Barn Builders completely remodeled the 1960's home by removing the ceiling, several walls, electrical upgrade,

replumbing and adding many lighting, plumbing and electrical fixtures, new flooring, refinishing the old hardwood, lots of drywall, tile and granite. Everything came together wonderfully to turn this into a top notch home.

The second bath went from very dated to very stunning.

And living in the mountains of Western North Carolina deserves a Mountain View Deck to finish off this property - pop out the window and insert sliding glass doors onto the barbeque deck.

We estimate the old home's interior had a 90% upgrade - we left some of the natural wood paneling for accent.
